About Anastasiya
I am a classically trained musician and I am passionate about classical guitar. I have performed in various solo and chamber concerts around South Wales, England and Spain. I have finished my BMus degree in classical guitar at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama where I took part and gained significant experience in many master classes with some of the most well renowned guitarists, including Xyefei Yang, Gerald Garcia, Mark Ashford, Kai Nieminen and many others. During my degree, I performed on the arch lute with the Brecon Baroque Orchestra led by Rachel Podger at the Brecon Baroque Festival in 2013 and in 2014 I was invited to study as part of an international exchange programme at the National Saint Petersburg Conservatoire in Russia.
In 2018 I had an opportunity to study for one of the most prestigious international Master programmes, Master in Classical guitar performance in Alicante, Spain, where I have received tuition from the most recognised guitarists, such as David Russell, Pepe Romero, Manuel Baruecco, Xavier Diaz-Latorre, Ricardo Gallen, Paul Galbraith and Ignacio Rodes.
I currently teach privately and online as well as in a number of schools in England. I also work on arranging piano music for classical guitar and perform in various venues in UK and Spain.

I have been teaching children and adults of all levels, both privately and in schools for the last 10 years. In 2020 I have also started teaching online, which proved to be very effective and convenient for my students.
My lessons are adapted to each individual and their desirable outcome. I can follow the most recognised grade syllabuses in the UK, ABRSM and Trinity, and I do have 100% pass rate.
I am DBS checked.
