About Er Alok

I am a civil engineer and a teacher by profession. I like to learn and teach. I have completed my engineering from Bikaner Technical University (a govt. university). I have secured the B.Tech (honors) in civil engineering. I am teaching all civil engineering subjects since I was pursuing my degree. So I am well qualified and experienced in this field.

About the lesson

For me, the teaching should be as a bond between teacher and the students. In my words, teaching is the language of communication between the tutor and student. My methodology is, I prefer to make a bond with students. I want that any student should not hesitate to ask the problems or theory to me. I teach on board or in a copy, according to the comfort zone of student. I can teach in Hindi and English according to the comfort zone of student. In short, I am capable to change everything according to the comfort zone and knowledge zone of students but condition is that the students should be interested in studies and learning. If they are honest towards their studies then I promise I will never let down my students in their entire life.
