About Nathani
Confident dance coaching stemming from a degree in Ballet and Contemporary at Rambert School, coupled with achieving Honours in Cecchetti Advanced 2 Ballet. My understanding of dance technique has been deepened through the study of exercise physiology subjects as part of my Science Degree at the University of New South Wales. While my focus remains on technique, I ensure that class content is well-choreographed. Technique is fundamental, serving as the vessel for artistic expression. With composition as my passion, I ensure that class content is appropriately choreographed to engage the students and maximize their artistic exploration."

Contemporary is rooted in a natural ways of moving, making it second nature to grasp. Harnessing gravity, we explore floor work, weight transfers, and fall and releases that shape this physical practice. Contemporary benefits strength, flexibility, endurance, balance and coordination. In addition to engaging the mind and body, the art form is a medium to ground oneself, find your body, and connect to spaces, music and people.
