So, for the general public, dance patrons and dance lovers, pros and novices alike, this is an opportunity for people to engage the "dancer within"! Ms. Mori specializes in "dance parties", family dance sessions, and group dance fitness instruction, in addition to private dance coaching. All of this, with proper instruction in a myriad of dance styles.THIS is that physical activity participants engage in, that is fun and expressive, providing a form of exercise AND a source of stress relief. The movement sessions and classes can truly offer a key element to spicing up your LIFE.
