About Birgit
I am an Austrian artisanal, passionate chocolatier, with an abundance of chocolatiering experience, making, Truffles, Pralines, Slabbed Chocolates, Nougat, Turkish Delight like no one else!!!
I am also a Pro-Baker (Pastry Chef) also in gluten free.
A lifetime of passion, love & creativity to teach you too!
I am able to teach in English, German and Afrikaans.

I teach one on one in person, best. As this is a time consuming art, I am sharing my wisdom created through MANY years experience. You would need basics at home to begin with, eg. Digital thermometer, bowls, scrapers, palette knife, acetate sheets, microwave, a mould or two,
(but not a must as I bring mine for you to practice with)

After this it’s go go go!
