About Jatin
With over 2 years of competitive chess experience, including being the SGFI State Champion in 2020 and holding a FIDE rating of 1560, I bring both expertise and passion to my teaching. I am dedicated to helping each student build a strong foundation and improve their skills through personalized, patient, and clear instruction. I prioritize creating a supportive learning environment where students feel confident to ask questions and grow at their own pace. My Approach as a Tutor:
I focus on creating a supportive and interactive learning environment tailored to each student’s skill level and goals. My teaching method breaks down complex chess concepts into simple, understandable parts, using a mix of explanation, demonstration, and practice.

Typical Lesson Plan:
Quick review of previous concepts and homework
