About Alexander
Hi!
My name is Alex, I am currently training for a title in chess while on a gap year. I find the process of improvement fascinating to watch and understand, particularly with something like chess where the intricacies of thought are laid out so clearly.
I am also passionate about fitness, philosophy, and anthropology.

About the lesson

Together we will analyse some of the greatest games from world champions, including Tal, Botvinnik, Kasparov, and many others.
I will help you build a strong opening repertoire.
Lessons will be 1 hour. I welcome players of any level up to 2000 FIDE.
If you are new to the game it is no issue, over the course of a few months we will develop your strength as you learn about the intricacies of all three parts of the game. (Opening, Middlegame, and Endgame).
I have played for Sussex, 2300+ rapid on Lichess.
I am 19 with experience in teaching.
