About Philippe

I teach since 2006, mainly to a young public, in schools and in clubs. My teaching focuses on tactics, because being a good tactician is the first skill that must acquire a chess player, it is essential to choose the right strategy in a situation. The opening, the middle game and final will also be discussed.

About the lesson

Graduated DAFFE 2 of the French Chess Federation, I attach great importance to education, with the consideration of everyone's peculiarities. I take into account my method knowledge in cognitive psychology, which advocates facilitate learning and implicit memory. 2 DAFFE My thesis was on the teaching chess tactics, and an approach favored by level, rather than by theme. I wanted to make these ideas and now I produce my association with exercises for beginners manuals.
