About SSATHYAN

I am a chess coach and an international fide rated chess player(peak fide :1461) who has represented Kanchi district in the TN under -25 championship. I also have a URS rating ( urs rating: 2020) and have represented my university team in international chess events. I have also won the title in numerous chess tournaments and championships (Kanchi district under-25 championship).

About the lesson

I am known for making students understand the concepts clearly and also have improved the chess interest of many kids. I provide all the materials that the student needs for his/her chess study. Usually I take 2 classes per week .I teach online via zoom/skype/whatsapp.

Perfect! Sathyan is a great dedicated chess master, his teaching methodologies, and concepts that he uses to teach chess is excelling. My son who is 10 years old has been taking classes for quite some time now. We are glad to have Sathyan as my Son’s teacher. My son loves attending Sathyan chess classes. Sathyam has his own teaching process, and it is well documented. He frequently shares notes with my Son. He regularly conducts tests to check if my Son can understand the concepts that he teaches.
Every weekend there is an optional Chess tournament that he conducts among his students, which is a great encouragement. Sathyan goes above and beyond, he is a great asset to chess community, I highly recommend Sathyan as your Chess teacher
