About Thomas
My interest goes beyond just doing something because there is a vacancy to fill up. Teaching is a calling for those who have the skill and passion to deliver the content of a lesson to a learner in the language of instruction most suitable for the learner to achieve excellent knowledge. Given the conducive environment, my lectures and teaching had afforded my students the opportunity of excelling in their chosen careers as leaders, not as led. This had worked because of astute professionalism and inspirational confidence embellishments in my teaching and lesson methods helped to establish credibility surrounding my students' success rate. Now, my students who are passionate about my subjects will not only excel but will be future leaders while the weak will become strong to take up leadership positions in their chosen careers.

My best language of instruction is English. Having taught for many years in post-primary for 24 years and over13 years in the tertiary education institutes, I have caught across sizeable psychology of students in problems in my subject areas that can cure permanently the students' over lingered academic issues in few contacts. Capture the student's fears in a mere few minutes' interview does the magic via the instrumentality of choice of language of instruction.
