About Anne

I am a Physiotherapist who trained in Ireland and taught Pilates there. I am currently working in the NHS and have a love for helping people get moving in a safe and supportive environment. I am happy to have a chat and organise a time that would suit and a price that would suit as I understand people are short for money these days!

About the lesson

I am a Chartered Physiotherapist with knowledge of how the body moves and much previous experience of teaching and running Physiotherapy led classes and 1:1 Pilates sessions. It is so important to move and I can teach you fun and safe ways to do so. I can help the treatment and management of conditions through Pilates in a safe manner.

Perfect! Absolutely fantastic Pilates session with Anne ,first time trying Pilates Anne made the session very easy to understand all of the moves,,great explanations and in-depth knowledge,,felt really good afterwards,,will definitely continue training with Anne ,,would 100% recommend
