Your growth and progress is the most important thing to me!
I mainly teach ballet and pointe technique, but I also enjoy a contemporary class as well!
At first we'll establish an area of focus, whether that be something you want to learn from scratch or something you're trying to improve on or polish up!
Setting goals and expectations for the class. I am a firm believer that the simple things are the hardest, but those are the small technical aspects that really make us stronger and more advanced.
One thing that sets me apart from other tutors is really understanding what muscles we need to be utilizing when working on certain movements. As well as understanding how to feel that engagement.
My lessons are open to all ages, but I mostly teach 12 yrs and up! All levels are more than welcome!
