About Noelle

I have owned my small charcuterie business for four years now! What started out as a hobby has turned into more than I could ever imagine! From starting out with only providing charcuterie picnic-style boxes to full-fledged grazing tables weddings with guests of 200+, being featured in a local magazine, and working with some of the top brands and influencers! This has become much more than a hobby to me and I love to share this with others and help them create beautiful spreads on their own!

About the lesson

Hands on teaching where you will learn how to create a beautiful charcuterie board to WOW your family and friends. A typical charcuterie class will include a curated ingredient and materials list with suggestions for all budgets! During the actual class, you will learn placement and styling, cheese cutting, meat folding and arrangements, fruit cutting, and pairings! This lesson is for any and every one, all level of comfortability are welcome!
