About Meghna
I am a software professional with a huge passion for Zumba fitness. I am a certified Zumba B1 instructor and have been doing Zumba for over 10 years now. I teach authentic and internationally accepted Zumba format only. If you have some interest in dance, lots of interest in fitness and curiosity about international rhythms - then this is the right cardio format for you. Add to it great intensity and loads of fun :)

Zumba recommended cueing - simple and straightforward. It is about having fun in Zumba sessions and very soon you will realize that you have started picking up the rhythms and formats. I also break down the routine verbally to clients who are new to Zumba fitness.
