About Sukanya
Hi, I’m Sukanya, a certified Yoga Teacher.
My yoga journey began a few years ago when I started practicing to manage stress and improve my overall well-being. The calmness, strength, and mental clarity I experienced through regular practice inspired me deeply.
After completing my Yoga Teacher Training, I want to share these same benefits with others. I believe yoga is not just physical exercise; it is a tool for better physical health, reduced stress, and inner peace.
I teach with patience and encouragement because I understand how it feels when we are beginners. My goal is to make yoga accessible and enjoyable for everyone, especially those who are new to it

My teaching style is gentle, mindful, and beginner-friendly. I focus on proper alignment, breath awareness, and building strength & flexibility gradually without forcing the body. 5-10 mins: Centering & Breath awareness / Gentle warm-up
35-40 mins: Asana practice (standing, seated, balancing & supine poses)
5-10 mins: Pranayama (breathing techniques) & relaxation
5 mins: Savasana (deep relaxation) + closing meditation
