About Shruti
I am a Certified Yoga Teacher from Rishikesh Yoga Teacher's Training Centre. I am also a certified Pregnancy yoga and Postnatal Yoga Teacher as well as Kid's Yoga Teacher. Unlike what social media portrays these days, I believe in the true essence of yoga and as such my classes are a mix of yoga asanas, pranayam and meditation.
I have experience in teaching in both online and offline mode and have been taking sessions for individuals, couples and groups.

I can teach students one-on-one as well as in group, be it at the students place or mine. Yoga sessions are also offered online.
Classes can be customized as per the need and requirements of the student and are usually a mix of Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga and Vinyasa. I try my best to include a mix of yoga asanas, pranayam and meditation in my sessions so that the student is benefited not only physically but also mentally, emotionally and spiritually
