About Shraddha
I'm a postgraduate in Life sciences. Trained in hatha yoga from one of the oldest yoga institutes, Kaivalyadham, Lonavala. I teach hatha yoga, ashtanga yoga, pranayama, meditation and yogic kriyas. On requirements, I provide classes for specific requirements such as back pain, gastrointestinal disorders, diabetes, PCOD, thyroid, prenatal, postnatal etc.

The technique is based on considering students' requirements.
The basic structure of the class is - prayer, focusing on breathing, warm-up, sun salutations with variations, asanas, pranayama and relaxation to include each aspect of yoga practice in each session.
Classes are customised depending on particular goals and health conditions.
