DIPLOMA IN YOGA TEACHER TRAINING. I am a homemaker who also is passionate about fitness and well being. Started my yoga journey as a student and gradually started teaching to my friends and family. I teach people from different age groups (separate sessions for kids, ladies, gents, elderly).

My methodology is simple. Assess the problem and try to solve it with problem specific exercises. Yoga is very vast and has a solution to every type of suffering in body. It’s an ancient way of staying fit which people from even western countries have adopted. It is safe and effective and I wish to teach everyone the same.
