About Lally
I am Lally, a certified yoga teacher and breathwork coach. I have been teaching yoga for about 7 years now. I have teacher trainings in Vinyasa, Gentle Yoga, Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga. I am currently teaching gentle yoga and yin yang yoga in one of the studios here in the Philippines and doing hatha and vinyasa online classes as well

Classes are online. It is open to all gender and level of experience but also beginner friendly. It is good for those whose goal is to reset their mind and nurture their body with low strenuous, calming and relaxing movement or flow.
Class starts with a mindful breathwork, followed by the flow of movements, then a short cooling and restoring stillness, then savasana.
