In addition to my Reiki certifications I also hold a Master of Science in Psychology, wherein my graduate capstone research was focused on the benefits of meditative practices such as energy work. I hold numerous other holistic health certifications that I have earned throughout the years and am a certified trauma-informed yoga instructor.
