About Jess
I teach self-healers, holistic health & wellness lovers, and energy health enthusiasts how to: heal naturally and scientifically, unblock inner barriers to their goals, and manifest the reality they wish to experience in all areas of life. My certifications include: Trauma-Informed Coach, Thought Field Therapy, Behavioral Therapy. And I am also trained by the Association for Comprehensive Energy Psychology (ACEP).

I will teach you how to heal your inner wounds so that you can finally meet your goals and manifest your deepest desires.
You will learn:
-coping skills for when life gets messy
-the basics of energy health and wellness (12 foundational energy health principles)
-how to detect truths versus untruths through energy and build a simple energy health routine
-how to decrease the stress associated with any/all wounds that come up during our sessions
-how to instill the positive states you'll use to step into peak performance in order to reach your goals
