About Wing
I am a certified sound therapy practitioner trained by the British Academy of Sound Therapy (BAST) in England and in Sound Healing in Rishikesh, India. My experience in theater, art, and international cultures has developed my sensitivity to listening and human connection. I create a safe and welcoming space where I can guide each person towards relaxation, balance, and awareness through sound.

The goal of my sound meditation sessions is to create a safe and relaxing space where you can find balance, calm, and connection with yourself through the power of sound vibrations. Using Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, crystal pyramids, and therapeutic instruments, I will guide you through an experience of deep relaxation, body awareness, and inner listening, helping you reduce stress, release tension, and promote greater well-being in your daily life.
