I really enjoy my lessons with Nadya. She is engaging and encouraging and her feedback is very constructive. I am relatively new to learning Russian, having a grasp of basic conversation and grammar but want to improve quickly! Nadya used our first lesson to really test and stretch me in order to figure out my level and where I can best begin to improve. Her approach was multi-faceted, making use of short clips from classic Russian movies, cartoons and music videos as well as extracts from Russian poems and literature in order to root our lesson in a vivid and easy to remember context. Learning a language takes time and effort but if you are looking for someone with a fresh and enjoyable approach - someone who will nurture your interest in Russian language and culture then Nadya is the teacher for you!

I highly recommend Nadya. She is a professional teacher and also a wonderful person to have a lesson with. Her lessons are always very friendly, easy to understand, funny and helpful. She is a hard-working and I admire her patience for a teaching and her kindness to explain any grammar issues I struggle with. I really enjoy Russian with her.
