About Elisa
Passionate about Pilates for several years after seeing the benefits on my health, I wanted to train in order to be able to in turn transmit well-being through this method of sporting practice.
And here I am as a Pilates teacher and I love it, seeing the smile of my students, seeing their well-being and their progress after each session is my greatest satisfaction!
I'm also fluent in english and spanish !
