About Jackson
Once again I’ve coached four state champs and one national champ. 3 at the high school level and one at the middle school level. I’m a certified personal trainer through ISSA. I have an associate degree in science and am currently finishing my bachelor’s in exercise and sport science with a minor in marketing. Also I have some minor knowledge of nutrition and strength training.

I’ve worked with multiple state champions and a national champion in distances from 800 meters all the way to 5k as well as middle level runners. I’m experienced in strength training, with some minor knowledge in nutrition. Everyone is different and needs to have individualized training and have input into there training as well.
