About Navya

Hello, I am a certified Kuchipudi classical dancer who has been training in this art form since childhood. I am proud to be a Nandi Award winner and district-level first rank holder, and I have performed in several cultural programs and dance performances. Kuchipudi has always been an important part of my life, and I enjoy sharing this beautiful classical dance form with others. My goal is to help students learn Kuchipudi in a clear, disciplined, and enjoyable way, while building confidence, expression, and strong classical dance fundamentals.

About the lesson

1. I am a certified Kuchipudi classical dancer, Nandi Award winner, and district-level first rank holder trained in Kuchipudi since childhood.

2. My classes are mainly designed for children, teenagers, and and adults who are interested in learning Kuchipudi dance.

3. I follow a disciplined and structured teaching approach to help students learn the fundamentals step by step.

4. I explain every movement clearly and guide students patiently so they can understand body posture, expressions (abhinaya), and hand gestures (mudras) properly.

5. A typical class includes warm-up practice, basic adavus training, learning hand gestures and expressions, and short choreography practice.

6. My goal is to help students build a strong classical dance foundation, confidence, and stage presence while enjoying the learning process.

I have been learning kuchipudi under her guidance since I was 12, and the transformation in my skills is remarkable. She is extremely disciplined and ensures every student learns with precision, from basic steps to advanced expressions. Her ability to break down complex movements and focus on fine details makes her teaching highly effective. If you are serious about mastering kuchipudi, she is the right mentor.️
