About YUVA

Hi, I’m Yuva! I’m a C1-certified English speaker and IELTS Band 8 scorer with a background in Electronics and Communication Engineering.

English has always come naturally to me. I took my IELTS exam without coaching and scored an 8, relying largely on my understanding and instinct for the language rather than memorized templates or complicated strategies. Over time, I realized that what feels instinctive to me can be learned and developed by others too...and that’s one of the main reasons I want to teach.

I particularly enjoy helping people who know more English than they think they do, but hesitate when it comes to actually speaking it. My goal isn’t simply to help you score well in an exam, but to help you develop an instinct for the language so that expressing yourself, forming sentences and communicating naturally become easier.

My classes are practical, personalized and focused on learning by doing. I want you to feel comfortable making mistakes, asking questions and figuring things out along the way. Whether you’re preparing for IELTS, improving your spoken English, or simply want to feel more confident using English in everyday life, we’ll work around your goals and your level.

And honestly? I love languages, I love talking, and I love teaching. So if we happen to learn while we gossip, I consider that a successful class ;)

About the lesson

My approach is simple: you learn English by actually using it.

I keep my classes practical, personalized and focused on your specific goals. Depending on your needs, we may work on conversation, guided speaking practice, vocabulary, pronunciation, phonetics or targeted exercises.

For IELTS students, I offer focused practice in speaking, listening, reading and writing, along with exam strategies and personalized feedback.

For spoken English, we’ll work on fluency, clarity and natural expression, including the small details that help your English sound more effortless. I also teach pronunciation and phonetics with an emphasis on clear, intelligible speech without trying to erase your accent.

Classes are suitable for college students, young adults and anyone looking to improve their English for IELTS, academics, work, travel or everyday communication.

Basically, if there’s something about English you want to get better at, we’ll figure out what’s holding you back and work on it together.
