Hello, I’m Deepti Gehlot — a Certified Life Coach and Holistic Health & Wellness Practitioner with over 14 years of experience working in yoga, movement, functional nutrition, and integrative wellness.

Education- B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Yoga and Life Science, UGC-NET in yoga. Certified holistic health and wellness coach & Yoga integrated psychology practitioner by IOATH. Certification in Functional Nutrition (FMCN). TheraArt practitioner (life canvas academy).

My life coaching approach is rooted in real-life transformation, not surface-level motivation. I work with individuals who feel stuck, overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or disconnected from themselves, especially when stress begins to affect health, confidence, relationships, or consistency in life goals.
