About Kai
I initially qualified as a Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor over 10 years ago and recently graduated from IIN as a certified Holistic Health Coach. I have experience coaching both online and in person and my clients come to me with various goals typically falling into the following categories: weight loss, general health and wellness, stress reduction, diet and nutrition, meditation and mindfulness, sleep.

I work with my clients to help improve their health, fitness and wellness. This can be a specific goal (e.g. fat loss) or more general concerns such as low energy levels, stress, poor sleep or confusion over what foods they 'should' be eating.
Everyone is unique, therefore we will work together to personalise a plan that is tailored to your needs. The initial session(s) will cover a health history and consultation where we will discuss your goals and what you expect to achieve with a health coach.
My role is you provide you with the support, accountability, tools and practical knowledge you need to make lifestyle changes that stick - for good! Having gone through periods of poor health myself I know how challenging this work can be - but I also know life changing potential within the healing journey.
