A certified Group and personal trainer professional providing one-on-one and group training programs with 7+ years of professional experience. Passionate yoga teacher experience in designing and leading flow of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga classes. Completed 500- Hour Yoga Teacher training in India (Rishikesh, Mysore) and acquired an in-depth knowledge about postures, breathing techniques, and spiritual elements of yoga teaching. Advanced knowledge of weight management strategies and body composition testing. Experienced in using HIIT, Functional workout, strength and conditioning and resistance training to improve over all fitness.

Passionate Yoga Instructor, Hatha/ Vinyasa/ Ashtanga, Prenatal – Post natal yoga teacher, Strength and conditioning coach, Zumba, Mat Pilates Instructor. Currently I am teaching Yoga, Strength and conditioning and Mat Pilates as a freelancer. I also teach online classes in HolistiZen (Mauritian), a wellness company.
• Designing yoga class sequences, including Hatha, Vinyasa and flow formats for beginner and advanced students.
• Leading Pranayama and Meditation sessions.
• Promoting holistic wellbeing through teaching, consultation and counseling on proper nutrients, healthy life styles and developing customized fitness plan to achieve weight loss
• Helping students to develop their body and mind awareness, as well as physical strength by engaging their core and back strength.
