About Nada
I am a passionate Fitness Coach, Physical Education Teacher, and graduate of the Institute of Sports Sciences. With a strong background in fitness training, sports nutrition, and physical conditioning, I am dedicated to helping people achieve their health and fitness goals in a safe and effective way.
As a Black Belt in Taekwondo and an active fitness enthusiast, I understand the importance of discipline, consistency, and motivation. My goal is not only to help students improve their physical fitness but also to build confidence, healthy habits, and a positive mindset.
I am professional, supportive, and committed to providing personalized guidance for every student. Whether you are a beginner starting your fitness journey or an experienced athlete looking to improve your performance, I will be happy to support you every step of the way.

My coaching approach is personalized, supportive, and results-oriented. I begin by assessing each student's fitness level, goals, and lifestyle to create a customized training plan. My lessons combine effective workout techniques, proper exercise form, motivation, and sports nutrition guidance.
A typical session includes a warm-up, a structured workout adapted to the student's objectives, and a cool-down phase. I also provide advice on healthy habits and progress tracking to help students achieve long-term success.
What sets me apart is my academic background in Sports Sciences, my experience as a Physical Education teacher, and my expertise in fitness, nutrition, and Taekwondo. I focus on building confidence, discipline, and sustainable results in a positive environment.
My lessons are suitable for men and women of all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced athletes. Whether your goal is weight loss, muscle building, improved fitness, strength development, or a healthier lifestyle, I am committed to helping you reach your full potential.
