About Lisa

I am an ESL teacher with experience teaching students at all English proficiency levels in all content areas. Skilled at scaffolding instruction so that content and concepts can be understood. I have worked with students from 20+ different countries.

About the lesson

My teaching method is usually a hands on approach. Given the current situation, if instruction is virtual I use many visuals and break down content into smaller pieces that can be umderstood. I also content content to students lives and background knowledge that they already have.
