About Silvia

Welcome! My name is Silvia, and I bring over three decades of professional and academic leadership to language education. I am a university-certified Spanish as a Foreign Language (ELE) teacher with specialized pedagogical training for Young Learners and Teenagers. Parallel to my teaching career, I have worked for over 30 years as a Senior Auditor and Finance Director in international corporate environments. This unique dual background gives me a level of expertise that goes far beyond traditional language tutoring: • Corporate & Financial Expertise: Having managed audits and financial departments, I teach Business, Legal, and Financial Spanish with the exact precision, technical vocabulary, and professional standards required by executives, accountants, and multinational companies. • Pedagogical Precision for Schools: Having taught across Scandinavia, I understand the exact linguistic hurdles Norwegian and Swedish students face. I specialize in guiding teenagers through the VG1 and VG2 Foreign Language (LK20) curriculum, ensuring they meet the Directorate of Education standards with total confidence. • Custom-Built for All Ages: From play-based immersion for young children to advanced conversational fluency and cultural appreciation for adults, every program I deliver is designed from scratch around the learner's individual profile. My goal is to offer a high-trust, rigorous, and highly effective learning environment tailored entirely to your success.

About the lesson

Hi, I'm Silvia! Every lesson I teach is 100% personalized — no rigid textbooks or generic templates. I combine Task-Based Learning (TBL), the communicative approach, and interactive digital tools so you start speaking and applying Spanish naturally from lesson one. ABOUT ME & MY QUALIFICATIONS: My name is Silvia. I am a certified Spanish as a Foreign Language (ELE) teacher with university specialization in Young Learners & Teenagers. In addition, I bring a 30+ year background as a Senior Auditor and Finance Director, offering a level of professional and financial expertise that traditional language tutors simply cannot replicate. Having taught students from Norway, Sweden, and English-speaking backgrounds, I understand the exact linguistic hurdles Scandinavian learners face — and how to help you overcome them fast. TEACHING METHODS & SKILLS: My methodology focuses on real-world practical usage. We work with authentic materials (digital worksheets, news articles, audio clips, and exam rubrics). I continuously track your progress and adjust the pace according to your goals. You never need to buy expensive textbooks — all learning materials are provided for free! ️ TYPICAL LESSON DURATION: Standard sessions are 60 minutes. Extended modules (90 or 120 minutes) are also available for intensive exam preparation or corporate training. WHO THIS COURSE IS FOR (ALL AGES & LEVELS): • School Students (VG1 & VG2 / LK20): Targeted coaching for Norwegian Foreign Language Levels I and II written and oral exams (Uddanningsdirektoratet curriculum). • Professionals & Corporate Clients: Specialized Business, Financial, and Legal Spanish for accountants, analysts, and executives. • ️ Adults & Enthusiasts: Conversational fluency, travel immersion, literature, history, and Hispanic culture (A1 to C2). • Children & Teenagers (Ages 4+): Engaging, play-based, and highly motivating learning strategies.
