About Barbara

I studied ballet and contemporary dance, constantly updating myself with workshops and events. I then specialized in Pole Dance and Dance Movement Therapy, developing a personal and conscious approach to movement. I also studied Training for Flexibility to complement the training of my athletes.

About the lesson

My methodology is based on an accurate breakdown and simplification of the movements, to make them suitable for everyone, even for those who have never practiced motor activity. I always try to combine the creative and choreographic aspect with athletic training and fitness.
