About Ewang

I have over 4 years of Teaching Experience on other ESL sites. I have improved students' skills in Conversational English and French, equally preparing most of them for their TOEFL, TEFL, TESOL Exams for English learners and DELF Exams for French learners. Equally, I'm a holder of a Bachelor's degree in Curriculum Studies and Teaching of French & English. And presently undergoing a Master's program in this very field (Teaching). My teaching methods are learner-centered; placing the student at the helm of lessons and I also teach through the Discussion method for students wishing to practice their conversational skills of course. This all helps in boosting my students' confidence and motivates them to keep learning with me, that's my little recipe.

About the lesson

Hello, my name is Ewang. I am 21 years old and I have been an English tutor for the last 4 years. I spent 5 years as a private tutor teaching students aged 4-61 English, History and Business Studies and for the last 1 year I have worked as an online teacher. I equally help out students with homework on these two languages. Outside of teaching, I love sports especially soccer/football and tennis, reading, drawing, music, watching my favorite series/movies and cooking! My teaching journey started as a one-on-one tutor, so I have a lot of experience shaping my teaching methods to the needs of my student(s); however, I have also taught larger groups over long periods of time allowing me to learn how to create organized lesson plans. I specialize in teaching spoken English, teaching students how to express themselves with simple role-play, mock interviews and conversation classes. However, I also have experience preparing students for academic exams and assignments as well as teaching literature. Whatever your needs may be, I am fully equipped to cater to them.
