About Any Loida

I graduated from Houston Community College, where I spent five years refining my skills and earning my certification as a music producer. Following that, I obtained my bachelor's degree in audio engineering. My passion lies in teaching adults (18+), and I am dedicated to creating an engaging and supportive learning environment where students can explore their creativity and develop their skills in music production.

With extensive experience working across several recording studios, I have been able to specialize in different fields of music like Music production, tracking engineering, Mixing Engineering Live Sound, Sound Design and Mastering Engineering. Collaborating with various artists has equipped me with valuable knowledge and insights, enabling me to guide my students wisely.

About the lesson

In our sessions, we will take a hands-on approach, using software like Ableton Live. I believe in integrating production, music theory, arrangement, music structure, mixing and mastering into our lessons to ensure a well-rounded understanding of the craft. We will also complete classroom assignments and projects that will give you a full grasp of how to make a song from start to finish, preparing it for mix-down. I strive to make learning fun and approachable, regardless of your prior.

We’ll also delve into the technical aspects of music production, and audio engineering. I’m committed to meeting students where they are, so whether you're a beginner or have some experience, I will tailor our classes to fit your needs. My goal is to have an innovative and collaborative atmosphere, ensuring that each student feels confident in their journey to become a skilled producer.

In addition to our current curriculum, I'm excited to offer students the opportunity to learn Pro Tools as a second Digital Audio Workstation (DAW). This advanced training will deepen their understanding of audio engineering techniques, including mixing and mastering, equipping them with essential skills for the industry.

Perfect! Any has a genius level expertise in the ins and outs of Ableton. Her teaching style is very fluid and is easy to follow. Also, her innate sense of rhythm is intuitive in regard to how it fits into a song and I have many many things that I can learn from her.
