I am an experienced wellbeing practitioner with over 10 years' experience supporting both adults and teenagers. I've worked in the education and charity sectors helping people understand the importance of taking care of themselves and motivating them to implement changes.

My approach is all about listening to the changes you want to make and supporting you to get there. Sessions are 1 hour long and will include a variety of techniques depending on what you need. We may include meditation, visualisation or simply have a conversation. I am a certified Health and Wellbeing Coach and have a MA in Education where I focused on mental health and wellbeing.
