About Raquel
I have 20 years of experience working as a social worker and 3 years working as a Wellbeing practitioner.
I have coached people, who was stocked at work and did not know how to move forward in their career.
I have supported people who wanted to improve the nature of their personal and romantic relationships, using techniques as positive communication. As a Mindfulness teacher, I have worked with organisations, which wanted to increase performance and reduce sickness due to stress and anxiety at work places.
I strongly believe, I can help you to improve your quality of life and achieve your goals.

I am a qualified social worker, who has specialised in Wellbeing. I facilitate Life Couching to help people to over come difficulties. These difficulties could be around you career, your personal relationships or any other matter of your life, you would like to discuss. Life Couch session can last up to 60 minutes.
As part of Wellbeing training, I qualified as a Mindfulness teacher and Yoga teacher.
I run programs related to Introduction to Mindfulness, Mindfulness at work and Mindfulness for children. These programs helps to reduce anxiety and stress. One to one sessions are available.
