About Eneiva
Hi there! My name is Eneiva Lapa, I am a professional cellist who studied in Amsterdam Conservatory. I have played the cello for 20 years now. I am freelancing in Portugal, and have played in concerts around Europe (Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, UK, Spain...). I am also a passionate cello teacher! I have been teaching since 2022, all different ages and stages of cello playing, from beginners to advanced, university entry level. I will adapt each lesson to the specifications of every student and make it fun to learn theory, music reading, technique, and musicality. We can work on different music styles also. Children: Fun, engaging, and memorable first cello lessons, with games and playful activities to support learning. Train the ear and begin to read music step by step. Amateurs: Learn cello at your own pace and explore different styles (jazz, pop, classical, etc.). Correct posture and learn how to play technically demanding music. Professionals: Professional guidance for studying or working. Focus on solo repertoire, orchestral excerpts, and audition preparation. The lessons follow a clear goal-oriented plan.
