About Megan
I graduated from the University of North Florida in 2024 with Bachelors degrees in Music Education and in Cello Performance. I will graduate with a Masters degree in Cello Performance in 2026.
I started playing the cello when I was 14, which is later than many musicians. I have recent memories of what it is like to learn how to play the cello. I believe this helps me better understand how to assist my students.
I am the co-assistant director of the Jacksonville Cello Workshop, which brings in over 80 cellists to UNF every year
I love playing cello for weddings, at church in orchestras, in chamber groups, at Walt Disney World, and for community concerts!
