About Isaac

Hey there! I fell in love with cello when I was in second grade, but music has always been part of my life. I began piano under my mother when I was about 6 years old, and I attained my musical foundation from that. After hearing Yo-Yo Ma play as a young boy, I knew I had to take up cello as well, and a more formal education began. Through private lessons and community orchestra, I have become a proficient cellist with a solid theoretical foundation as well. I love all sorts of music, and am delighted by playing and teaching cello!

Isaac is great at what he does. He makes you feel welcomed and he is always excited and lively in lessons. The material can be tough sometimes, but he will work with you and help you reach the goals you discuss at the beginning. Isaac has been a great tutor to me and helped boost my SAT math score and start excelling in my math courses. I was able to do well in AP Calculus with his help and he really brought me to love math. He's patient, entertaining, and dedicated to teaching, and the lessons fly by. He stays on target with lessons while staying interesting, and I recommend him to anyone who wants any sort of math help.
