About Elise
Hi, I’m Elise — a CBT Career/Executive Coach with over nineteen years of experience working in the city at The Centre for CBT London.
I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in REBT and CBT, as well as an MSc in Psychology and CBT. My work is grounded in evidence based practice, combining clinical expertise with real world corporate insight.
I specialise in helping professionals overcome progression paralysis, self doubt, overthinking, burnout, and internal barriers that block advancement. Many of my clients are capable and ambitious, yet feel stuck despite their potential.
My passion lies in understanding each individual’s specific goals and challenges. There is no one-size-fits-all approach. Together, we identify the cognitive and behavioural patterns that may be holding you back and implement practical, strategic interventions that create measurable change.
