I have extensive experience supporting individuals with employment and personal development. I will help people identify their strengths, build confidence, and take practical steps towards securing work, education or training. My support includes guidance with CV writing, job applications, interview preparation, and creating clear job search strategies. I understand that returning to work or changing career direction can feel overwhelming, so I focus on providing supportive, practical coaching that helps people move forward with confidence.
I support/coach parents of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Many parents feel unsure about how to navigate their child’s learning needs or the education system. I provide guidance, encouragement, and practical strategies to help parents better support their child’s development, learning, and confidence. My approach is empathetic and solution-focused, helping families feel more informed, empowered and supported.
