Hi, I'm Tanya! I'm a Career Coach and Recruitment Specialist with over eight years of experience helping people build confidence and secure opportunities they're genuinely excited about.
Throughout my career, I've worked in recruitment, employability and the creative industries, supporting students, graduates and early-career professionals with CVs, cover letters, interview preparation and career planning. I
I know that applying for jobs can feel overwhelming, especially when you're facing rejection or don't know where to start. My goal is to make the process feel less daunting by giving you practical advice, honest feedback and the confidence to present your skills effectively.

My coaching is practical, supportive and tailored to each individual. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all advice because every person's goals, experience and confidence levels are different. Before each session, I'll understand where you're currently at and what you want to achieve, then create a lesson focused on helping you make real progress.
Lessons are interactive and action-oriented. Depending on your goals, we might review your CV or cover letter, prepare for interviews through mock interview practice, improve your LinkedIn profile, develop networking strategies or work on confidence and mindset. You'll receive honest, constructive feedback along with practical techniques you can continue using long after our session.
Most lessons are 60 minutes, giving us enough time to work through challenges, practise new skills and agree on clear next steps. Longer sessions can also be arranged for more in-depth support, such as complete application reviews or interview preparation.
I have over eight years' experience in recruitment, employability and career coaching. As Alumni Manager at East London Arts & Music (ELAM) college, I've coached more than 100 young people through one-to-one career sessions and supported hundreds more through workshops, employer partnerships and employability programmes. My recruitment background means I understand exactly what employers look for and how candidates can stand out in competitive recruitment processes.
My lessons are ideal for students, graduates, career changers and early-career professionals, particularly those looking to break into the creative industries. Whether you're applying for your first job, preparing for interviews or looking to build confidence in your job search, I'll help you develop the skills, strategy and confidence to achieve your career goals.
