About Daniel C
Daniel C. MacNeil is a Cape Breton–based filmmaker, writer, and artist from Sydney, Nova Scotia. He creates original films through the Avalon Film Company, often blending comedy, drama, and local culture. Raised in Nova Scotia and Newfoundland, surrounded by storytellers, musicians, and characters that shaped my imagination. A raw, intimate approach: real locations, local actors, local music.
