About Denise
"The smell of rosin and old stage wood reminds me why I step into a studio each day. Teaching remains a way to keep the tradition of song alive for 240 students who have walked through my door. Over 13 years of experience have solidified my approach to microphone technique and sight singing. Helping a nervous student find their natural voice feels incredibly rewarding.
I bring a degree from Melbourne Uni to ensure every warm-up exercise serves a clear purpose. Managing stage fear requires more than just practice as it demands a shift in perspective. Watching a student gain control over their vibrato brings me genuine joy."

"Confidence on a stage starts when you understand exactly how your body produces sound. Do you often feel that your voice is trapped behind a wall of tension? We dismantle that barrier by integrating microphone technique with controlled breathing and sight singing. My background as a music graduate from Melbourne Uni informs these sessions.
