I have seen the professional experience and observed the academics in educational institutions. I'm surely know about the life after completion of education requires what and how to develop it while learning school/college.
Secondly, My methodology simply on practical and action based because we generally forget things but not actions.
Eg: Taking student to bank and showing him how a financial institution works is different than sitting in closed room and make him realized.
