About Pravin
My teaching experience in University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES), which is largest domain specific university in India included subjects like International Business, Managerial Economics and International Trade and WTO. I was associated with MBA (International Business) as a Course Coordinator. I lectured MBA (International Business), BBA (Aviation Operations), BBA (Logistics) & BBA (Foreign Trade), B.Tech, BBA (LLB) programs on Fundamentals of Business Economics, International Business, Microeconomics, and Macroeconomics etc. I have experience in teaching economics for three major discipline e.g. Management, Law and Engineering. I used to coordinating special lectures, customized workshops, guest lectures of International Business domain from working professional. It used to help practical understanding of concepts and policies from working professional from the respective domain.
Currently I am working as assistant professor in Institute of Infrastructure, Research and Management (IITRAM), India. Currently I am teaching Infrastructure Management, Principles of Economics to undergraduate B.Tech (Engineering) students. Therefore I can teach economics to all major discipline.

I enjoy teaching economics since it provides a tremendous opportunity to share my passion for a subject with a new set of students. It is my desire to inspire my students the belief that their possibilities in using economics are endless and empower them to be critical thinkers.
Firstly, I try to deliver importance and practical aspects of my subject to spark their engagement. To deliver lectures more appropriately with current economic environment, I asked the students to read one news article per week and develop discussion questions that connected the current event to the theory they were learning in their class lectures. In my teaching, I encourage students to ask questions prompted by their curiosity, which is the best way to be fully-engaged in learning. When students saw how theoretical concepts could influence their own lives, such as when I examined how inflation rates could affect their summer travel costs, the course material was relevant to them and they became more enthusiastic learners.
