About Valeria
"Playing piano became my daily reality after finishing my training at The Juilliard School. I am a performer turned educator. My studio focuses on the practical side of music, ensuring you develop strong accompaniment skills while refining rhythm and timing.
I guide you through pedaling technique and complex memorization techniques. Whether you are preparing for grade exam prep like ABRSM or Trinity, or you want to explore jazz improvisation and chord voicing, I am here. We will also sharpen your ear training and sight playing alongside classical repertoire. Helping you play with confidence is my main objective."

"Keys click under your fingers as we establish a clear sound for your chosen piece. You will notice how the 8-minute structure of our time allows for deep focus on specific technical hurdles.
Because I have 11 years of experience on stage, I treat our sessions like a live performance rehearsal. We will map out your goals together during a free trial lesson to ensure we hit the mark. It is helpful to treat these sessions as a dialogue about your musical growth. I am ready to work with you on whatever project you have in mind."
