About Sammie
I currently have two clients on my books. One I'm helping with her weight gain in the form of muscle training and food and the other we are following a weight loss programme that is tailored around his injuries and sleep problems. The process here is a long one but has so far been successful.

I am an experienced life coach. I regularly swim, take yoga and martial arts classes and go for walks with my dogs. I have always trained and can give you a training program that suits you personally.
We can explore food nutrition and what you're eating and find a diet that actually suits you where others might have failed.
If you have any other issues such as acne or arthritis then I can also advise you on the right foods to eat.
